Muscle mass is frickin’ heavy 🥵

I know because I just carried my sleepy wife to bed. She’s in better shape than me, mind you, but she’s a bit heavier for how much muscle she’s packing. No bodybuilder physique, but enough to leave me out of breath. 😮‍💨
