I swear, a fucking sadist created this test, most likely a trainer at the CIA interrogation Training Facility came up with it as it's pure torture. We have to keep sharply inhaling then exhaling over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, until we get "three perfect breath and blows in a row" 🙄 The last time I did it in September 2021 at the Mayo Clinic I almost passed out.
