Exercising in my room is the start of my day
Before I go to bed I set out my yoga mat and I put my pulley exerciser next to it. I start by laying on the mat and I do leg raises. Fifty. It is then that I move onto prana yogic exercises. I have set exercises for each day of the week to keep my mind and body functioning properly and my muscles 馃挭 toned. I鈥檓 very focused and flexible. After an hour I go to shower, only putting something on once I have been delicately washed by the sharply massaging waters. Then I make my special drink that sustains me until lunchtime. I like using greet tea extract or as an alternate green coffee extract. They each supply to my dietary needs with the minerals and acids present in my drink. I also use a culture drink developed in Japan, providing additional essential nutrients to my body. This is a daily routine and I am healthier for it.
