Chicken scares me

Anyone else scared to cook chicken for fear of undercooking it?

@EzShadows I bake fish, don’t eat beef often, but cook steaks & hamburgers well-done. I don’t eat lamb at all.

@bijouxbroussard I normally smoke salmon or cod, or make sushi. Beef has to be medium rare for me

@EzShadows I bake cod & sole. With salmon I make croquettes (my grandmother’s recipe). I used to prepare them for my mother, who had loved them from her childhood.
