Yes some nights are worse than others. Toast, crisps and crackers are my weakness. But rather than eat i go to bed.
I brush my teeth to try to prevent that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn鈥檛.
@OlderSometimesWiser I do this too. I'm too lazy to rebrush my teeth, so I just wait to eat breakfast instead. 馃槄
