I use many equipments in my clinic

Actually I didn't know that practicing medicine will be even more difficult than studying it . I prepared my clinic with an ECG and Ultrasound imaging for more accurate diagnosis but still I feel something is missing.
If you are a doctor or in medical field , have you ever passed with such situation before, during your earliest years of practicing medicine ?
