Alfred, Hunter of the Vilebloods teaches Bloodborne's most important lesson

Alfred is one of Bloodborne's many reminders that fighting monsters doesn't protect you from becoming one.

This is true I find, in life, you can turn into what you hate the most if you're not careful with your own emotions.

I agree with this actually but I still find him to be a zealot, he maybe wasn't a fully formed zealot but he certainly proved that he's able to kill indiscriminately if he feels it fits his cause. I liked Alfred at first, his gentleness was kind of a light in Bloodborne's dark universe but considering the Healing Church's actual history in Bloodborne, it's not far off theory in my opinion. I just feel like you never really know who a person is, what a person wants to show you may be different than what they're thinking especially from a player character point of view where you first meet someone and don't really know their true colors.
