As much as I love working with my clients, the organisation I work for works more like a business than a counselling space.

The manager in this place power trips everyone.

The only plus side has been the new people working here who are more closer to my age.

That's not to say there isn't anyone older than us who isn't great to work with. There is.

I feel like some of the ones higher up however need to get off their high horse.

I had to speak up against one today and I'm glad I did.
