It seems that you have made quite some progress and that your belly has a much better shape than before. Don't overdo it with losing weight because the more you lose, the quicker you may gain the weight back if you are not careful with your calorie intake or if you don't keep a certain level of fitness.

They are called stretch marks. There are creams for this from lots of brands. Any dermatologist will be able to prescribe one or you can even get one over the counter. Really good progress, btw. Looking hot
