How is a gag order preventing only the defendent from defending himself fair in a US court?

When did that become the American way?

Democrats don't allow little things like fairness, the law, or the Constitution to keep them from destroying any who oppose them.

It's NOT the American way. Gag orders were invented and designed to protect the defendant. NOT to prevent the defendant from defending himself. But...this is the court...in essence...

Any defendant other than Trump would have been held in contempt and jailed, if they made the kinds of public statements he has made in his cases so far. Yet again, he is showing he thinks he is above the law. Lock him up!
