Wednesdays I skip the gym and buy my lunch at work. Saturdays I like to stay home all day whenever possible and just relax

But yes, it is luxurious. I should have retired a few years earlier. I had a good job but in the final couple of years I was, in retrospect, starting to exhibit signs of burn out. Now I am able to relax.

It is a very sensible routine. A rest day from gym is actually beneficial. Planning relaxation time into the schedule is also wise.

Yes, either Saturday or Sunday I have a "real" breakfast, eggs and bacon or sausage, grits or hash browns.
