@therighttothink50 I think balance is key… I would never let my kids just hang on the tablet all day. We play outside and they have plenty of toys and things they can pretend with or create and imagine

I had a similar talk with my nephew when he was about 8 or 9.
But then I explained to him we were allowed to ride our bikes to the play ground and store alone and he was shocked. Totally shocked.

@WaryWitchWandering yeah, I told my nephew it was like the movies he likes a lot. Like The Sandlot, stand by me, and Goonies and such where the kids could kinda just be out and nobody thought anything of it.
You should tell her about land lines and no caller ID
